Who we are
Social Keys LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13287236, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We provide Instagram management services to health and wellness brands and creators.
For the purposes of UK data protection law, Social Keys LTD is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can reach us at info@socialkeys.online.
What this website does and does not do
We want to be straightforward about this, because many privacy policies describe tracking that isn’t actually happening.
This website does not set any cookies. It contains no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session-recording tools, no social media trackers, and no embedded third-party content. There are no forms on this site, so there is nothing here for you to submit. You can browse every page of socialkeys.online without us collecting anything that identifies you.
Because we set no cookies and use no tracking technologies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.
Information collected automatically
Like virtually all websites, the server that hosts this site — provided by WP Engine — keeps standard technical logs. These may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and the pages you requested, together with the date and time. This happens at the hosting level, is necessary to deliver the site to you securely and to diagnose faults, and we do not use it to build a profile of you or to identify you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interests in keeping the website running, secure and free from abuse.
Booking a discovery call
The “Book a Discovery Call” buttons on this site link out to TidyCal, a third-party scheduling service. When you follow one of those links you leave socialkeys.online, and any information you enter — typically your name, email address, and any details you add about your enquiry — is collected by TidyCal and shared with us so we can arrange and attend the call.
TidyCal operates its own privacy policy and its own cookies, which we do not control. We would encourage you to read it before booking.

Contacting us by email or telephone
If you email or call us, we will hold your contact details and the content of your message for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and managing our business relationships.
If you become a client
When we work with you, we process the information needed to deliver the service and run our business — your contact and billing details, the contents of our correspondence, and the access credentials or delegated permissions required to manage your social media accounts. We treat account access with particular care and only use it for the work you have engaged us to do.
Legal basis: performance of our contract with you, and compliance with our legal obligations for accounting and tax records.
Marketing
We will only send you marketing emails where you have asked us to, or where you are an existing client and the message concerns similar services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing us. Opting out of marketing will not affect any service we are providing to you.
Our marketing emails are sent using Kit. If you subscribe, Kit stores your email address and records whether you opened a message or clicked a link, so that we can see whether what we send is useful.
Legal basis: consent, or our legitimate interests under the soft opt-in permitted by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing purposes.
We do share information with a small number of service providers who help us operate:
- WP Engine — hosting for this website
- TidyCal — scheduling, when you book a discovery call
- Kit — our email marketing platform, if you subscribe
- Our accountants, for billing and statutory records
Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement and is bound to keep your information secure. We will also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of the providers named above are based outside the United Kingdom, principally in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards set out in those providers’ data processing terms — typically the International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — so that your information continues to receive an equivalent standard of protection.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it. Enquiries that do not become work are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and then for six years afterwards, to meet the record-keeping periods required by UK tax and company law. Server logs are held for a limited period by our host, WP Engine, in line with their standard retention, and then overwritten.
How we protect information
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their jobs, use multi-factor authentication and a password manager on the accounts we hold, and review our arrangements periodically. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these obligations seriously.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Be informed about how we use your personal information — which is what this notice is for.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we have no continuing reason to hold it.
- Ask us to restrict how we use it while a query is resolved.
- Object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests, and to object to direct marketing at any time.
- Data portability — to receive information you gave us in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@socialkeys.online. We will respond within one month. There is no charge. We may ask you for proof of identity before releasing information, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else — a copy of a photo ID and a recent proof of address is usually sufficient.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator:

Where we publish a testimonial, a client name, or the results of work we have done, we do so with that client’s permission. If you are a client and would like something about you removed from this site, email us and we will take it down.
