Privacy and Your Rights (GDPR)

Accepting the Privacy Policy
By consenting to this privacy notice, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy, including how and why we use your information. In line with the GDPR, Social Keys LTD, acting as a data controller/processor, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We value the trust you place in us by providing the personal information we need to deliver our services. The statement below outlines when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it secure. Personal information is any data that can identify you or be linked to you.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in regulations, so please check this page regularly. By using our services, you agree to abide by this policy.

Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below) and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site”s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser”s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.

IP Addresses

IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server as part of demographic and profile data known as “traffic data” so that data (such as the Web pages you request) can be sent to you.

Email Information

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail and telephone. This also applies when you register for our website, sign up through any of our forms using your email address or make a purchase on this site. For further information see the email policies below.

Why do we collect this information?

We are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy. In order to provide clients with information and quotes for our goods and services, we make use of your contact information such as name, address, phone number, and email to engage in correspondence.

We will also correspond with you from time to time to inform you of changes or improvements to services. Additionally, as permitted under soft-opt-in and the GDPR, existing customers will also be sent marketing information and offers relating to our products. You can choose to opt-out of such marketing at any time using the unsubscribe option or the preferences in your online customer account, via our online chat, or through sending us an email.

We do collect some personal information automatically from you when you visit this website and our event websites, using cookies and tools such as hotjar and google analytics. Please refer to our cookie policy for further details. In using these technologies, we may, therefore, collect details about the type of device you use to access our website, its operating system and version, your IP address, your general geographic location, your browser and the webpages/content you view. We also monitor website sessions to see how users interact with forms and pages.

The information that we collect automatically is used to protect our websites and improve them.
