From 7,000 to 30,000 Followers:
Growing a Health Brand's Instagram

The Client

Our client is BodyBio, a health and wellness supplements company based in the US and UK. They offer highly technical, biohacking-focused supplements to optimise cellular health.

The Challenge

When we started working with BodyBio in April 2020, they had around 7,000 followers on Instagram and Facebook. As a small team focused primarily on selling to practitioners at that time, they needed help growing their direct-to-consumer social media presence authentically.

Consistent posting and storytelling that aligned with BodyBio's vision was instrumental.

Our Approach

We focused on creating educational, value-driven content that embraced BodyBio's technical voice while making it more digestible. We stayed on top of trends related to cellular health, gut health, and biohacking to ideate relevant topics.

Engaging with their existing community was key. We identified and interacted with people already posting about BodyBio to grow those relationships.

Consistent posting and storytelling that aligned with BodyBio's vision was instrumental. We helped keep them on a regular content schedule across platforms.

Results & Impact

In two years of working together, we grew BodyBio's Instagram following from 7,000 to 30,000 and Facebook from 7,000 to 9,200.

Some of their top-performing posts included an informational piece on the vagus nerve (70,000 views) and a nutrient depletion chart (25,000 reach, 1,000 saves).

They saw 960 website visits per month from Instagram, showing that the content drove traffic and conversions.

Overall, we helped BodyBio expand their community, amplify their message, drive web traffic, and lay the groundwork for their evolution into a leading direct-to-consumer health brand.
